1. Request for Quotation
We will provide quotation according to design and requirements sent by our customer.
All relevant information will be uploaded to ERP system once purchase order created and confirmed. Router will be generated and information of materials, tools, programming, machine operation, finishing and inspections will be recorded. We will then schedule the production time.
Before cutting, we will examine the material thoroughly and to ensure the material is tagged and completely traceable throughout the production process. Router will process this information during production.
We will print the drawings and categorize according to specifications that match with materials. Documents must be verified and documented in a correct way to reduce potential mistakes.
5. CNC Machine Preparation
CNC machine must completely set before ready for tuning or milling. Expert programmers will examine the drawings uploaded to router and execute most effective plan to make the part according respective materials type, tools, coating, work holding, number of sides, speeds and feeds, tolerances, inspection and etc. After making those considerations appropriate program will be created and verified.
6. Hand over to the Machinist
Machinist will take over the task from programmer. Machinist obtains the router, program, tool list and instructions for set up and machining.
The machinist will load the different tools into the carousel. Each tool has a specific purpose. Vices will be attach to the work table and clocked off to ensure the material placed securely at right place.
8. Machining the Parts
The machinist start production of first part and carefully control the feed rates to avoid any errors. Once first part produced, quality inspector will inspect the required tolerance of the part. If the part meets needed requirements, next part will be produced, and slowly increased as the program is validated. During production, inspection will be performed by quality control team.
9. Stacking and Part Handling
Parts will be organized after offload from machine. Protection foam will be used to ensure parts are not affected by external force. Keeping parts scratch free is our priority.
All parts will be checked by machinist before hand over to Quality Inspector. Machinists are equipped with set of measuring tools at the work area to ensure inspection for flawless production.
Our inspector is using HEXAGON coordinate measuring machine (CMM) with a fully articulating head and PC-DMIS software and a x,y,z measure tool. We have the proper CMM that able to measure and ensure parts are qualified. We have strict QC process on managing visual quality.
We will ensure each part is carefully packed before we ship to customers worldwide.
