1. Design Specification
Respective account manager will convert the 3D drawing file provided by customer to STL file format and examine if the file meets the standard requirements such as size, structure, thickness of parts and other elements. To check if there are problems with the file, and make quick diagnosis and rectification. Then, make a confirmation about materials, technics and finishing process with customer. (Software includes Rhino 6, Magics 20.03 64bit)
2. Order Confirmation
Confirm with customers regarding resin materials, delivery time, quantity, invoices, receipts, information of the consignee, special requirements and other details hence order can be placed quickly.
Our expert team will check if the file meets the printing standard (minimum thickness, size, and depth of the aperture).
Import STL file to Magic software, to check if the part has lines, cavities and other errors, then put part in right direction, save the file and upload it to the system.
5. Start Printing
Printing time is determined by the composition.
6. Offload Part
Let the part rest and remove the excess liquid material and carefully remove the support structure.
Clean the parts, UV-curing and assemble the parts according to the order.
8. Spray Painting (Post-processing)
First remove the support structure, than clean and grind the parts three times with coarse sandpaper before spraying primer, then grind the parts with thinner sandpaper before spraying color oil.
9. Quality Inspection
Referring to drawings, carefully check the structure of part, quantity, and the quality of post-treatment.
10. Packing & Delivery
Finished product will be wrapped carefully for deliver to customer. We will cover the part with foam ball to ensure the part will not damage during transportation.
Each process will be updated on website after completion which enable to follow the production process on time.
